We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and well organised Receptionist/Admin Assistant, to be part of our highly effective Office Team.

With effect from 1st September 2025 BGLC became part of The Mead Educational Trust (TMET) having gone through a period of significant change from 2017. Our founding schools were Brookvale High School, an 11-14 high school, and Groby Community College, a 14-19 upper school. As a campus we meet the educational needs of over 1500 students with over 300 of those enrolled in our Post 16 provisions.

Hours of work
37 hours per week term time plus 37 additional hours; 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00am to 3.30pm Friday.
Job requirements
• Provide a high standard “front of house” service for parents, students, staff and outside agencies
• Contribute to a ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere within the campus office
• Ability to prioritise tasks on a day-to-day basis
• Experience of using information management systems and strong IT skills
• A high level of verbal and written communication standards
