We are looking for an organised, proactive, and flexible Enrichment Coordinator to join our school office team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of administration, processes, and analysis related to enrichment, student activities, and wider school experiences, with responsibilities that encompass trips, clubs, rewards, and key events across the school year. Although this is a full time position, part time hours will be considered for the right candidate.

A key element of the role is providing on site support during important trips each year, including residentials and end of year visits. On these occasions, the post holder will ensure trips depart on time with all required documentation and equipment prepared. They will also be required to be on site early and to remain on site when trips return, staying later if needed, to support staff and ensure parents are kept fully updated, especially if journeys are delayed or plans change. Flexibility is therefore essential.

The post holder will play a key role in managing the administration and compliance of school trips, while also overseeing accurate data and smooth processes for clubs, the Rushey 3 Passport, subject rewards, and wider enrichment projects.

Experience using Bromcom would be an advantage.

We would like to appoint a positive and enthusiastic person to join our highly supportive and growing team, who wants to work in a school where:

• strong, positive relationships are a strength

• students are taught in mainstream lessons which allows them to thrive in a positive and productive learning environment;

• students of all ages and abilities readily demonstrate an eagerness to learn and make progress across the curriculum;

• outstanding behaviour is apparent throughout the school; students are polite, open and articulate, making it a pleasure to engage with them in lessons;

• the school’s Progress 8 score is significantly above average at +1.0 for two consecutive years and ranked in the top 5% nationally;

• Professional Learning is a priority and time for this is integrated into the school day;

• all students, teachers and parents share a common vision to "make a positive difference".
