Details: Permanent, Full Time, Term Time
Start Date: As soon as possible
Salary: Grade 4, Points 7-10 (Actual Salary £24,084)
FTE £27,489 - £29,303
37 hours per week 39.6weeks per year
Monday to Thursday 8.00am-4.00pm
Friday 8.00am – 3.30pm (30 mins unpaid lunch daily)
Plus 3 Professional Learning Days and one holiday week.
We are looking to recruit a Senior Administrator to join our busy Administration Team, to provide HR support.
This role involves the coordination and administration of key HR processes, including staff recruitment and onboarding in line with safer recruitment practices, staff training and inductions, payroll administration, staff absence and leave processes, maternity and leave administration, workforce data and statistics, the annual workforce census, and maintaining accurate HR records and systems. The postholder will also support the effective delivery of HR administrative services across the academy.
The successful candidate will be able to organise their workload in a methodical, efficient and logical manner, whilst maintaining a professional, calm atmosphere in the academy office. They will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion and accuracy.
