Salary: Grade 3, Points 5-6 (Actual Salary £13,832)
FTE £26,634- £27,058
22.5 hours per week,38 weeks per year plus 3 Professional Learning Days.
Working 3 days per week, Monday and Thursday are fixed working days, with the third day to be agreed with the successful candidate.
The role includes coordinating and booking CPD and training courses, arranging associated logistics such as venues and transport, monitoring training compliance, maintaining accurate records, supporting new starter administration, and ensuring mandatory training remains up to date. The successful candidate will proactively monitor training renewal dates, book courses in advance to prevent expiry, and follow up with staff to ensure training is completed within required timescales. The role will also support hospitality arrangements for professional learning events and prepare new starter information packs.
From time to time, you may be asked to assist the Senior Administrator HR with administrative tasks, as required.
