37 hours per week, Term Time (38 weeks per year) plus 3 Professional Learning Days
Start Date: 6th January 2025 or sooner if possible
Monday to Thursday 8:00 to 4.00pm
Friday 8.00 – 3.30 pm (with ½ hour lunch daily)
We are looking to appoint a confident, flexible, and enthusiastic individual. Work will include the supervision of whole classes during short-term absences of class teachers under the guidance of teaching/senior staff; delivery of pre-prepared exercises; managing student behaviour and assisting students in relevant activities in line with school policies and procedures.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable working experience for anyone considering wanting to join the teaching profession via SCITT, PGCE, Schools Direct or Teach First. You will have the opportunity to work and learn in a variety of faculty areas, where you will be supported by experts in their subjects.
